Avocado Breakfast Parfait

1 banana, ripe, peeled and diced
1 mango, medium, peeled, seeded and diced
2 kiwi, peeled and diced
1 cup Greek yogurt, vanilla, non-fat
1/2 cup pineapple, diced
1/2 cup strawberry, diced (optional)
1 ripe, avocado, seeded, peeled and diced
1/4 cup coconut flakes, toasted (optional)
Using four (8-oz.) jars, place diced banana, mango, then kiwi in the bottom of the jars.
Top each with ¼ yogurt, then top pineapple, strawberries (if using) and avocado.
Top with toasted coconut.
