Fig and Ricotta Toast
Ingredients
1 1/2 inch slice sourdough bread ¼ cup part-skim ricotta cheese 1 fresh fig or 2 dried, sliced 1 teaspoon sliced toasted almonds 1 teaspoon honey 1 pinch Himalayan salt
Instructions
Toast bread. Top with ricotta cheese, figs and almonds. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with salt.
