Where’s My Stomach GuideDownload

The Mediterranean Diet and Intermittent Fasting when combined together enable everyone to meet their weight loss goals without pills, expensive programs, tasteless food, starvation, and deprivation, or any of the other impediments to healthy weight loss.

As Seen On

Even better, these two practices can easily be turned into lifelong habits so that your quality of life is better throughout a longer life.

What I found people struggle with most is having a step by step, effective plan. That is what the Where’s My Stomach? program provides; no guesswork, no guilt, no excuses, just weight loss and a return to health, period.

My name is Rick Helvey and I have spent the last decade studying and experimenting with the Mediterranean Diet and different fasting practices. Several years ago I decided to share my findings to help other achieve their perfect weight. My Mediterranean Diet Facebook Group has nearly 20,000 enthusiastic followers, and I am helping people overcome obstacles to successfully dieting with this program.

Through my research, personal experience and with the help of the many people on my Facebook Groups;  I have found what you may already know, packaged, processed, calorie counting, expensive, meal replacement, and fad diets do not work. Or if they do work short term they have long term negative effects or cannot or should not be maintained. I urge people to make the commitment one last time by adopting the most sustainable Way of Eating (WOE) the Mediterranean Diet, and its new perfect companion, Intermittent Fasting.

Where’s My Stomach? provides tested and proven processes to ensure that you fully adopt both the Mediterranean Diet and Intermittent Fasting. Along with weekly training videos and workbooks, you will have access to the community where we meet frequently to share and answer questions. There are also articles, videos, and postings divided into topics that will answer most of your questions.

The research on the benefits of the Mediterranean Diet is well chronicled from studies over the last sixty years. Intermittent Fasting is gaining recognition after the 2016 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine was awarded for research on its benefits. Intermittent fasting allows you to eat the delicious Mediterranean Diet foods and your body naturally becomes fat-adapted, burning fat instead of storing it and leading to rapid natural weight loss.

Among the health benefits of this perfect combination are:

  • reduced weight
  • improved heart and arterial health

  • reduced body fat  particularly visceral fat
  • lowered blood pressure
